Maneesh Bhandari is a serial Entrepreneur with interest in technology-led ventures. Started corporate career at Citigroup as an Intrapreneur, building industry’s first distributed computing security product and then founded SENA Systems focused on Identity Management with HQ in New Jersey and offices in London and Pune. Sold the company to a listed firm after 10 years and moved to Pune in 2009. Pursued passion for social entrepreneurship for few years, later joined IIM Ahmedabad CIIE to setup Pune center and help raise Bharat Innovation Fund, led detailed investment thesis, also launched several Corporate Startup engagements efforts. Have been an active angel investor and recently ventured into Investment Banking for Startups. B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur (’91/ECE) and MBA from NYU Stern ('2004).

Ashish is a Senior Business Analyst and has more than 13 years of experience in legal, compliance and financial crime domains, working for large banking organisations. He is an engineer and a lawyer by education, and also pursuing LL.M. in Business and Corporate Laws. He has a keen interest in the latest development of technology and laws. He has also presented papers in World Bank’s premier Land and Poverty Conference, organised at the Bank’s headquarters at Washington DC in 2017 and 2018. Topics of the presentations were: Eminent Domain and Need of Social & Legal Compliance for Land-Based Investments in India, respectively.

Jai is a Consulting Professional with 13+ Years of Experience in: Business Analysis, SaaS Product Development & Management, Digital Transformation; SCRUM, AGILE, SDLC, & ITIL. For past 8+ years, his work has been primarily on Cloud/SaaS ERP and he is currently researching intersection of Enterprise SaaS Systems with emerging technologies like: RPA, AI, ML; Data Science & BlockChain. His core areas of expertise are Business Analysis and Product Management. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM); &, using Agile Methodologies, he have successfully executed end to end business analysis, product consulting for multiple Enterprise Product Implementations (Global Rollouts) in: United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA), Latin America (Argentina) & India

Sneha has played the roles of a developer, a business analyst, a project manager and a product manager at ThoughtWorks. She is also passionate about mentoring and has led training programs for graduate hires of ThoughtWorks, globally. She is currently working on building the future vision for ThoughtWorks' oldest product - Mingle - a project management tool for Agile teams. But at heart, she's a business analyst, who loves getting into the details and getting stuff done.

Namrita Bhat plays the role of a Business Analyst at ThoughtWorks. She is fascinated by complex domains, ecosystems and offbeat problem statements. She has worked with the healthcare, travel and real-estate domains in her 8 years at ThoughtWorks. She is currently a part of the India Market Business Development team, which aims at helping clients in the local market define and solve business critical problems through technology.

Nimay Mehta works as a Global Solution Architect for Accenture Digital (Industry X.0) specialising in Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and voice interface services (VIS). Over the last few months he has been focusing on supporting clients across various industries to digitally transform using smart, connected and living technologies. Before that, he has worked for over eight years as a creative technologist working on SAP, Web Platforms, Mobile App Development, API Frameworks and Cloud Transformations helping clients transform their technology landscape to embrace the world of digital and rising customer expectations.

Khushbu Agarwal has been working with ThoughtWorks as a Senior Business Analyst for close to 6 years now. She has been a part of multiple projects spanning over diverse domains such as entertainment and electronics marketing, pools based betting, healthcare, Big4 Consulting, large equipment manufacturing, aviation and airline, etc. She is intrigued by the presence and impact that data can have in our day-to-day decision making and has been an active member of teams involved in developing IT solutions revolving around big-data.

Pramod N, is a Machine Intelligence generalist with an academic background in Machine Learning and Distributed systems and a focus on unstructured data processing(Computational Linguistics+NLP, Audio, Image etc) . He has played multiple roles in data centric projects from architecture to science to product thinking and currently leads the Data Practice for Thoughtworks India. In that capacity, lot of his time is spent in understanding various different problems across the client industry and advise them on executable strategies for Intelligence adoption in a business relevant way.
Current interests include exploring different flavours of Deep Learning and other bio-inspired fuzzy computational methods, use of multi-agent system modelling beyond conventional simulation environments, defining data-safetynets and verifiability of data experiments, defining robustness in stateful distributed systems, online models in distributed stream processing etc.
